Refund policy

At OraLuxeLab, we are committed to delivering premium oral care products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

 

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition as received
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used oral care products unless the item is defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Refunds will only be issued if:

1. The product arrives damaged

• The product is defective
• The wrong item was sent

 

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

 

3. Exchanges

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

• HydroClean Pro
